Yes, we do all the work for you! Remember prices do not include sales tax, damage waiver, delivery, or optional sandbag fees. If you choose the customer pickup option, you do all the work.
- Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, we deliver to the entire state of Arizona! Primarily Northern Arizona, Flagstaff Arizona, and the surrounding cities. Please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that delivery fuel fees can be quite high. No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
It means the party rental company cares about your safety and is not an illegal company. We take the extra step to keep you and your guests as safe as possible. This includes being insured, constantly training our staff, and paying taxes.
- What about parks? Do parks have electricity
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. In addition, there is an additional $80 non residential fee and a required sandbag fee which the price varies. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
Credit Cards, Cash, Trade, Crypto. Credit card is required to finalize your order. However, you can pay cash, crypto, or in trade. We just need to know, no later than the day before your rental. We participate in the cash discount program, so if you pay cash/crypto you will save yourself the 4% credit card fee. As a reminder, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Party Central has a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of our policy, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Do you require a deposit?
No, we do not require a deposit. However, you will need a credit card to finalize your order.
Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15'x15'. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Party Central will even conduct a site review if needed. Jumpers need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 1100 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room and no inclines/obstacles.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on large rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Yes and no.
If you purchased our damage waiver for only 10%, you are covered if you were following the rules.
If you didn't purchase our damage waiver then YES, you are responsible if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars.
We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we provide a damage waiver option.
